Browse mode displays all of your entries in the document window. The list includes all the entries in the file. It displays the data in all the data entry fields unless you choose to exclude some. (See the subtopic “Arrange Browse Fields” under “Entry menu” for more information.).
Browse mode is where you mark entries to display and print in Layout mode. Unmarked entries will not appear in Layout mode or print. (See “Marking entries” for more information.) Press Command-T to switch between Browse and Layout modes.
Browse mode displays only as much of each field as fits in the width of the display column. To change the display column width, click and drag the vertical line separating the field names on the top bar to the left or right.
To see fields that do not fit on your screen, drag the horizontal scroll bar to the left or right.
